The first time we visited Vicksburg, Mississippi, there was only one riverboat casino on the waterfront.
Save your gambling $$$ for something better. Unfortunately, I have no idea who they were as I saw nothing providing that information. The only thing I considered to be good was the band playing there. I have played on the same amount in Vegas for nearly 3 hours and at L'Auberge for nearly 2 hours. Since we only allot a specific amount to play, we were pretty much done within about 30 minutes. None of them even dangled a little win at us. There was a VERY loud speaker positioned directly above a bank of slots where the 'announcements' coming from a casino employee regarding some type of contest (this went on about 5 minutes) were unbearable. There were full ashtrays between the slots. We walked into a very darkened, seemingly dirty environment. We wandered across the entrance bridge after dinner. I did expect something at least along the lines of the L'Auberge du Lac in Lake Charles, LA.
